Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the PinMe app (the "App"), provided by the PinMe developer ("we", "us", "our"). They apply together with our End User License Agreement and our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you accept these Terms.
2. The App
PinMe saves posts, reels, videos, links, notes and files from any app, and organizes them with tags and pins. It plays saves in a full-screen feed, finds them by search, shows them on a map, writes editable AI pages, and helps you plan them. Some features are free; others require PinMe Pro. Features may change over time as we improve the App.
No account is needed to use the App. Your library and settings are stored on your device.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use the App, or older if the law of your country requires it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only buy PinMe Pro with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
4. PinMe Pro: subscriptions and purchases
- PinMe Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription. Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown in the App before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
- You can restore previous purchases on a new device with the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
- The free plan includes up to three tags or pins. If Pro ends, everything you have already saved stays in the App and remains readable. Pro-only features, such as more than three tags or pins, stop working until you subscribe again.
- If we change subscription prices, Apple will notify you in advance as required, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
5. AI features
AI pages, summaries, ingredient lists and place suggestions are generated automatically. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Always check important details, such as ingredients, allergens, addresses, opening hours and prices, before relying on them.
On supported devices, AI features run on your device with Apple Intelligence. Your saves are not sent to us. AI output is general information only and is not professional advice of any kind.
6. Your content and content you save
You keep all rights to the notes, files, tags, pages and other content you create in the App ("Your Content"). Your Content stays on your device, and we do not receive or claim ownership of it.
Posts you save from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X and other platforms belong to their creators and are shown through each platform's official player, under that platform's terms. Save content for your personal use, respect creators' rights, and do not use the App to download or redistribute content you are not allowed to.
You are responsible for keeping backups. If you delete the App or lose your device, Your Content may be lost.
7. Third-party services
The App works with services provided by third parties, such as the platforms you save from, Apple Maps, and websites you open. They are provided under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them or their content, availability or accuracy.
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. PinMe is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App in violation of any law or the rights of others;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App, except as allowed by law;
- interfere with the App's operation or security, or try to access it by unauthorized means;
- use the App to infringe intellectual property rights or to break the terms of the platforms you save from.
9. Intellectual property
The App and its content, including the software, design, logos and text we create, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive only the limited license described in our EULA.
10. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the App accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose, or that posts from other platforms will stay available. To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for PinMe Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to the App and these Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the dates above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. If you continue to use the App after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
